I am so pleased and grateful that I called you. My printer had crashed with the sub spooler system not working when I got a scan from a Xerox machine. Your technician was here 2 ½ hours from the time I called. I had a bad virus and the computer was worthless. The technician soon eliminated the virus and installed a better anti virus package. He was polite and prompt. We could not have had better service. Thanks for your prompt attention to our stressful situation.John P.
